Mission
I created 6temic® with the goal to share my management experience on how to make businesses spectacularly better: More effective and efficient, and more fulfilling for everyone!
6temic® puts the extreme power of systemic psychology at the service of teams and businesses.
Systemic therapy is a holistic approach of individuals and their interactions. It addresses the full complexity of individual challenges in the context of groups and interactions, and solves the big equation.
With a deep expertise in both management and systemic psychology, my contribution is to create the bridge: I collected and transposed the full range of solutions existing in systemic psychotherapy to the world of business, pushing management to the next generation.

I am passionate, profoundly empathic and animated by an unsatiable curiosity. The challenge of diversity and complexity, in people, processes and knowledge, excites me.
I am a quick thinker and learner, very sensitive listener, and enthusiastic leader and teacher.
My sense of humor is my secret to make things easy, with people, complex problems and situations.
Raised bilingual Swiss-German & French, I am also proficient in English, Spanish and German.
Career
With an engineering background (MSc & PhD), I started my career as a Lecturer and Researcher at EPFL.
I have a long experience as a manager and R&D Director in Industry (Advanced Silicon, HED Technologies) and I am also stimulating my creativity as an entrepreneur.
Interests
My passion for psychology and medicine led me to read more than 50 books on the topic, mainly on systemic psychotherapy. I trained my skills through countless interactions with professional psychologists and psychiatrists.
My values are profoundly human. My core source of joy is to help others to grow and succeed, catalyze and motivate teams. Sharing my knowledge, skills and energy is my natural mindset.
I also love family time, playing classical and electric guitar, badminton, carving and skating.
